Arrival
Arrivals are on Saturday afternoon from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. (except in exceptional circumstances)

Departure
Departures are on Saturday morning between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. (unless exceptional request)
Except the last week when we rent our house: this year the week of August 17 to 24, 2024.
Indeed this week we can offer a departure on Sunday August 25 (subject to payment of an additional night) so you can avoid the traffic jams on Saturday...

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
A standard seasonal rental contract will be sent to you when booking specifying the cancellation and payment conditions.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay will be requested when booking and the entire stay must be paid before the date of the stay (calendar to be defined) or at the latest on the day of taking over the premises.
A deposit check equivalent to that of the deposit will be requested upon taking out the rental at the time of the inventory and will be returned within a legal period of 15 days after departure.
In the event of cancellation, the following costs will be retained, unless special conditions apply:
- More than 90 days before departure date: Free cancellation
- From 90 days to 60 days before departure: the deposit is 30% of the total price of the booked stay
- From 60 days to 30 days before departure: 40% of the total price of the booked stay
- From 30 days to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total price of the booked stay
- From 15 days to 7 days before departure: 75% of the total price of the reserved stay
- Less than 7 days before departure or no show, 100% of the total price of the reserved stay.
